RETURNS
Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by once you have received your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a exchange
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and include your receipt or proof of purchase. It must also be in the original packaging. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange.
All applicable items are returnable for an exchange only, shipping cost will not be refunded.
• Please contact info@cherrychicdesigns.com within three days after received the item
• Merchandise must be unworn and unwashed
• Merchandise must have all tags and hangtags attached
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable
• All exchange items will be shipped or issued AFTER items received question
• Any items being returned please provide a traceable shipping service and number and/or purchasing shipping insurance via email to info@cherrychicdesigns.com if tracking number is not provided we don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
• Items cannot be exchange if they are not received, so please make sure you ship safely and to the correct address

Express Shipping: 2 - 3 business days after processing

Are all final sale, no refund, no exchange and no store credit will be provided.
EXCHANGES (if applicable)

GIFTS
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will exchange the product to the gift giver and he/she will find out about your return.
SHIPPING
International Shipping outside North America Standard Ground: 2 To 10 Business Days After Processing All additional charges, usually levied once shipment reaches your country, are the responsibility of the customer.
*Orders shipped outside of Canada are subject to import duties and taxes that cannot be determined at time of purchase
